911 Fire INC provides commercial kitchen fire suppression system inspections, installations, maintenance, and repairs. All services are performed by licensed technicians in compliance with applicable California fire codes and NFPA standards.
By scheduling an appointment, you agree to provide accurate location and contact information. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee for no-shows or late cancellations.
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major credit cards and checks. Overdue invoices may be subject to late fees. By providing payment information, you authorize 911 Fire INC to charge the stated amount.
911 Fire INC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Customers are responsible for maintaining their fire suppression systems in compliance with local fire codes and health department requirements. 911 Fire INC provides inspection reports but cannot guarantee regulatory approval by third-party authorities.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Santa Clara County, California.
